Online Counseling (NC)
I provide telehealth (virtual) counseling to clients who are physically located anywhere in NC from the comfort of their home.
All you need is quality internet connection, privacy, and your choice of device.
**Telehealth counseling may not be appropriate for all clients**
In-person Counseling for kids, teens, and adults.
I offer individual counseling for clients 7+. While my work primarily focuses on anxiety and mood disorders, I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses and life circumstances in which anxious and depressive symptoms play a key role in client’s distress.
